Submit Your 2025 IHC Award Nominations!

The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is now accepting award nominations for the following awards, to be presented at the 2025 Indiana Housing Conference.

Excellence in Affordable Housing Awards: These awards recognize the most outstanding new properties in four categories: Rural, Urban, Senior and Special Needs. In order to be eligible, a property must be placed into service between July 1, 2024 and July 1, 2025. Click here to access the nomination form.

Outstanding Resident Volunteer Award: This award recognizes an individual who is a consumer of an IHCDA program, not an employee. The individual volunteers for the betterment of the community. In order to be eligible, service must be demonstrated within the previous 12 months. Click here to access the nomination form.

Indiana Affordable Housing Council's Leadership Award: This award recognizes and honors a person who serves as a role model, who exemplifies the qualities of leadership and passion and who makes improving the lives of Hoosiers through the provision of safe, decent and affordable housing an integral part of his or her daily work. Click here to access the nomination form.

Winners are announced during the conference lunch on Wednesday, August 27. The Outstanding Resident Volunteer Award winner will be notified ahead of time to ensure they are available to accept the award.
