2026 Annual Meeting Slate

This is the official call for the 2026 Indiana Affordable Housing Council Annual Meeting to be held Thursday, Sept. 3 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Nominating Committee has placed into nomination the following for directors and officers.

1ST ACTION  ·  In conformance with the By-laws the Nominating Committee, by unanimous consent, places the following into nomination for directorship.

For a two-year term to expire on December 31, 2028                             

          President: Charles Anderson, CREA

          Vice President: Mike Surak, RealAmerica Development

          Treasurer: Ryan Strutz, DOZ

          Secretary: Ken Chigges, Kuhl & Grant LLP

          Immediate Past President: Erika Scott, Kittle Property Group
