Announcement: New Membership Investment Structure for 2026

We are excited to share an important update to the Indiana Affordable Housing Council’s membership dues structure—one designed to simplify your annual engagement with IAHC while significantly increasing the value you receive.

Beginning with the 2026 membership year, IAHC is moving to a new, streamlined dues model that bundles Indiana Housing Conference sponsorship opportunities directly into our upper-tier membership levels. This approach reduces the number of separate sponsorship asks throughout the year and ensures your organization receives greater visibility, consistency, and recognition for your investment in Indiana’s affordable housing community.

What This Means for You

Our new structure includes a full menu of membership tiers—from Bronze to Diamond—that pair annual IAHC membership with corresponding Indiana Housing Conference sponsorship benefits. Depending on the tier, these benefits include items such as complimentary registrations, exhibit booths, session sponsorships, ads in the printed program, logo placement, golf outing participation, and more.

For organizations that do not wish to participate in conference sponsorship, we have also created new standalone membership tiers—Regular and Associate levels—that now each include one complimentary Indiana Housing Conference registration as part of your annual dues.
