With over 30 years of experience, we foster lasting change by creating empowering homes that provide dignified living conditions, supporting residents who prosper, and building partnerships that strengthen neighborhoods. Our mission is to inspire hope, create opportunities, and cultivate vibrant, sustainable communities for families to live, work, and prosper.
Duane Miller’s Leadership
Duane Miller’s career spans over three decades of leadership in affordable housing and community development. Beginning with Eastside Community Investments in Indianapolis, he served as President of Development at Flaherty & Collins Properties for 20 years and as CEO of T&H Investments for five years. Throughout his career, Duane has raised over $1.5 billion for housing initiatives. As the founder, Board Chair, and now full-time Executive Director of Radiant CDC, Duane continues to lead with a vision of integrating housing with life-changing services.
