A Safe House Corporation is the mission-driven sister company to A Safe House Incorporated Indiana, designed as a training, policy, and program development arm that renders direct services and scalable workforce solutions to the client base served by the nonprofit entity. Where A Safe House Incorporated Indiana delivers client-centered care and community-based case management under a traditional nonprofit model, A Safe House Corporation functions as the operational engine, building, maintaining, and executing the infrastructure of programs and services. This dual-entity structure creates a synergistic ecosystem, allowing for innovation, sustainability, and advocacy, while maximizing resource utilization and diversifying funding streams. Core Functions of A Safe House Corporation, Program Design & Delivery, Develops and facilitates all training, coaching, and personal development curricula (e.g., ARILS Program), Offers workforce development, career readiness, entrepreneurship, and postsecondary engagement pathways , Builds out self-sustaining service models that encourage client-to-business (C2B) interaction, Fee-for-Service Model Implementation Contracts directly with government agencies, schools, businesses, and nonprofit partners to deliver workforce and life-skills training, Provides services to A Safe House Incorporated Indiana on a contractual basis, including case management support, coaching, and program implementation, Offers consultation, training, and technical assistance to other organizations and municipalities, Community Engagement & Fundraising, Hosts workshops, conferences, and events designed to generate unrestricted operating revenue and more!
