At DOZ, we believe in equitable communities. That’s why we focus, almost exclusively, on the affordable housing and community development industries.
In over 35 years of operations, our team has grown and evolved to serve the changing needs of the sector. We work with clients around the country, helping them grow and adapt. Clients come to us for our knowledge, but they stay because we’re a reliable provider and trusted advisor.
Our team of 250+ serves clients nationwide, but we’re mostly in one office. This creates comradery and opportunities for mentorship. It’s also an efficient way to work and share knowledge. Our commitment to the community extends beyond our daily work to our culture of caring, and perhaps most importantly to our charitable foundation — through which we provide monetary and volunteer support to those in need.
